The Rooftop & Winter Schedule: Our rooftop is the ultimate city escape. As we move into the winter season (starting the first week of May), the roof will be open exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays from 3 PM. Warm up with a drink under the stars before heading inside to the jungle!

Dress for the occasion! We’re all about that maximalist aesthetic, so while neat casual is the rule, feel free to show off. Tidy denim and sneakers are fine, but keep the singlets, thongs, and gym wear for your morning workout. After 9 PM on weekends, the lights go down and the style goes up—no sports jerseys or team wear past the velvet ropes, please.

Yes! Don't let the grand staircases fool you. We have a passenger lift that services every level, from the ground floor dining room right up to the Palmz Rooftop. We are fully accessible for all guests.

We keep the mid-week hustle affordable with these classics:

• Tuesday: $25 Steak Night (250g Porterhouse, chips, salad & sauce).

• Thursday: $22 Parma Night (The Carlton classic).

• Friday: $20 Burger & Pot (Choose from our signature beef or veggie burger).

Absolutely. We’ve moved well beyond "just a salad." Our menu features high-quality Vegan and Gluten-Free pub fare. Check the symbols on the menu or ask the crew behind the bar.

It’s our tropical oasis three stories up. It has its own bar, its own vibe, and plenty of heaters for when the Melbourne weather turns. It’s open from 12pm daily until late.

The jungle comes alive with DJs every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm. Expect a mix of house, disco, and party floor-fillers. Entry is usually free, get in early to beat the queue.
