The Carlton is an iconic Bourke Street venue, renowned for its vibrant character and rich history. Five spaces, each with its own feel: moody lighting and luxe booths on level one, palm trees and city views on the rooftop, and jungle vibes in Hasti Bala. DJs play from 7pm, Wednesday to Saturday, and entry to the club is always free, so the night can roll on.

Private, plush and perfect for 4 to 30, the Booths are your luxe lounge for birthdays, pre-parties, knock-offs or just because. For a bigger crowd, the Balcony holds 100 cocktail style.
ENGAGEMENTS
Bring both families together across The Carlton Bar & Balcony, up to 300+ cocktail style, with private audio and DJ facilities for the speeches. Under 18s can come with their parents until the kitchen closes at 10pm.
HENS AND BUCKS
For when the night calls for something a little extra. Hasti Bala on level three is jungle vibes meet decadent club nights, with velvet booths, wild décor and an elephant DJ booth, for 150 cocktail style. DJs from 7pm, Wednesday to Saturday.

Yes. Your card secures the booth. It’s only charged, at $25 per person, if nobody shows or you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Neat casual. Tidy denim and sneakers are fine. No singlets, thongs or gym wear, and after 9pm on weekends, no sports jerseys or team wear.
