With Head Chef Cameron Bell creating an ever-directional a la carte collection, our focus is simple and varied, fresh-produce driven dishes. Sitting up to 50 for a 2 or 3 course set menu, or up to 80 for a standing canapés selection, Cameron and his team encompass trends and designs to match your exact needs. With a separate sound system to the main bar, this is the perfect setting for an exclusive party or presentation, whilst still being part of the action at The Carlton.
