The bar at The Carlton Hotel is a wonderfully decedent, avant-garde setting, right in the heart of Melbourne’s CDB. With a 24 hour licence and a capacity of 300 people, this is the perfect place for events that can flow on into the night. Smaller parties of between 5 and 30 can also enjoy our cosy booths, which provide an intimate niche amongst the action. With The Carlton’s signature artworks and collection of taxidermy watching over you, this one is not for the faint hearted.
