The Carlton Hotel has six separate areas available for private functions catering for up to 50
for sit down dinners and lunches and up to 300 for cocktail events.
Larger groups of up to 500 may be accommodated over several areas within the Carlton Hotel & Studios.

Groups of 14 people or more for lunch or dinner are required to go on a set menu. Set menu options -

2 Courses (entrée & main course) - $40 per person
3 Courses (entrée, main and dessert) - $48 per person

We now have larger tables available for lunch bookings on the balcony for up to 24 people.
